Programming
The majority of the comedians, orchestras, bands and events in our two buildings come through the work of our Programmer.
Successful programming requires plenty of research and a keen eye for up and coming artists, and we are very proud of our record in spotting new artists before they become household names – in recent years we have played host to acts such as The Shaolin Warriors, Boy George, Michael McIntyre, Brendan Cole, John Bishop, Sally Morgan and Sarah Millican. It is our aim to deliver a diverse programme that entertains, stimulates and inspires Cheltenham's diverse community.
Wherever possible we get out and about to see shows in order to bring the best possible acts to Cheltenham.

Marketing
The marketing team are responsible for helping you discover all the different events happening in our buildings, encouraging new audiences and keeping existing guests up to date with forthcoming events.
We produce all promotional material including the quarterly events brochure and advertising materials. We issue press releases to local media outlets and help arrange radio interviews for forthcoming artists.
The aim of the marketing team is to ensure as much information as possible about our venues and shows is available to our customers, for the latest updates follow us on Twitter here.

Box Office
We are the friendly faces and voices you see and speak to when you book your ticket. We also look after online sales – if you purchase tickets through this website, they will be printed out and posted to you or reserved for collection by a member of the Box office team.
Aiming to offer the highest standard of service, we are also here to provide information on events and ensure that your specific need is catered for. We can arrange group bookings possible and discounts and cater for the individual needs of all our customers.

Operations
The operations team have the huge task of running the day to day operation of the venues.
Headed by the Operations Manager the team is comprised of Event Managers, Operations Assistants, Front of House Stewards and Cleaners. The team work together to ensure the venues are set to meet a show’s requirements. The team make sure the venues are clean and presented to the highest quality, our guests receive a warm and friendly welcome and ensuring all health and safety and licencing requirements are met.
We pride ourselves on delivering first class customer service and together we ensure that your experience is as enjoyable as it should be.
