Director of Programmes & Engagement – Maternity Cover 1 year in first instance

£44,000 to £50,000 negotiable 40 hours per week – based in Cheltenham with occasional UK and international travel requirements

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and ambitious individual to work with us in this role.

The Cheltenham Trust is an exciting, customer-centered, not for-profit business. We manage and develop a portfolio of arts, leisure and historic buildings including: The Wilson Art Gallery and Museum, Cheltenham Town Hall, Pittville Pump Room, Leisure at Cheltenham and the Prince of Wales Stadium, generating an impressive one million customer experiences a year.

The Director of Programmes & Engagement will provide leadership and strategic direction on trust wide programming that includes national and international events; lead, develop and manage engagement activity; lead, develop and manage corporate development for the trust in the following areas: Customer care, Front of House training and Development, and Policy delivery; responsibility for the development and operations of the sites as ambitious, achievable and consistent.

Chief Operating and Financial Officer

Salary (iro) £60,000 to £67,000 (negotiable), 40 hours per week – based in Cheltenham with occasional UK and international travel requirements.

We’re recruiting for an experienced and skilled Communications and Insights Manager to join an ambitious and fast-paced culture and leisure Trust. This role will lead, develop and manage communications and insights for the whole of The Cheltenham Trust and will make you a vital part of the cultural and leisure activities of Cheltenham.

We’re recruiting for an experienced and skilled Creative Producer to join an ambitious and fast-paced culture and leisure Trust. This role will lead contemporary arts development and public programmes across The Cheltenham Trust and will make you a vital part of the cultural activities of Cheltenham.

Based at The Wilson Art Gallery and Museum, you will work across the Cheltenham Town Hall, Pittville Pump Room, Leisure at Cheltenham and The Prince of Wales Stadium. You will engage audiences in new ways, and produce events based on our collections and grounded in the visual arts but working across public art, dance, drama, literature, poetry and digital technologies.
