Cheltenham Comedy Festival Finale 2018
Reginald D Hunter
Originally from the Deep South of the USA, and now one of the UK’s favourite comics.
Reg is one of the good guys of comedy. A hypnotic, smooth-talking, very human comedian who hits your funny bone with tales of love, hate, death and all that is in between. Reg has had a hugely successful career and has become a well-known face of primetime television shows such as Live At The Apollo, and is a frequent guest on Have I Got News For You.
Searing social commentary, deep south wisdom and juicy punchlines – The Independent
One of the comedy scene’s leading players and a figure of rare authority -The Daily Telegraph
Brace yourselves for this delightfully glam, ‘self-obsessed, glittery queen with a larger-than-life personality who arrives on stage in a bamboozling mix of innuendo’ (Manchester Evening News.) Enjoy. You’re welcome.
Hilarious. Charmingly vicious. Not sure how he gets away with it sometimes, but audiences love him – Jason Manford
Marvellously wicked! – Sarah Millican
A former solicitor, Keith has the natural ability to delve into themes other comics may shy away from and it is this aptitude that is placing him in the lead of investigative comedians. He has been a regular guest on radio, both in Ireland and the UK, from BBC, RTE, Talk Sport, Today FM, Newstalk and all sorts of other warm and welcoming studios. His television credits include BBC3’s Most Annoying People, One Night Stand (BBC), Liffey Laughs (RTE) and Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow (BBC1).
If Eddie Izzard had been Irish, he’d surely have turned out a lot like Keith Farnan – The Scotsman
Brilliant, thought-provoking and laugh out loud funny – Time Out
