Hiring the Town Hall
Marketing Information for Hirers
Any event that is open to the public will be included in our quarterly ‘what’s on’ brochure.
Hirers will be notified of the deadline for copy and images.
Publicity brochure
60,000 copies are printed every three months.
20,000 are posted directly to customers
15,000 are distributed throughout Gloucestershire and surrounding counties by Glide Media
10,000 are distributed throughout the Cotswolds and Oxfordshire by Direct Publicity
15,000 are distributed throughout central Cheltenham and Cheltenham Borough Council venues by the Entertainments & Tourism marketing team.
Individual event posters and leaflets
Please supply 10 posters and 1,000 leaflets and these will be displayed in Cheltenham Town Hall and Pittville Pump Room
Direct mail
Mailouts can be arranged to a section of our database. All costs for the mailing will be charged to the hirer.
Advertising Adverts
can be placed with any local newspapers or radio stations. All costs for the production and placing of the adverts will be charged to the hirer.
Press
A full regional press list can be provided for hirers. NB: any competition tickets must be booked with box office before publication/broadcast
