How to Book
You can book tickets via the following methods:
Online
Find the show of your choice using our what`s on calendar and click on book online. Please note: there is a £1.50 transaction fee.
By telephone

Monday - Friday 10am-8pm
Saturday 9.30am-5.30pm
In person
For advanced sales for both Town Hall and Pump Room events please visit the Town Hall, Imperial Square, Cheltenham.
Opening hours
Mon - Sat: 9.30am - 5.30pm (or until beginning of evening performance)
Sun and Bank holidays: for 30 minutes before performance

We strongly advise you not to send credit card details by e-mail. Instead please tell us the name of the performance and how many tickets you require and a contact telephone number and we will call you back as soon as possible.
