The campsite is located on ‘centre course’ and is a short walk to the Festival Village.
You will need to exchange your ticket for your wristband BEFORE arriving at the campsite.
On arrival, you will be allowed to drive on several perimeter roads around the camping areas, close to where you would like to pitch your tent. Cars must then be removed to the car park. Cars left on campsite roads or firebreaks will be removed by security.
Only Camping Pass holders can camp (live in vehicles see below). Day Camping Pass holders may camp overnight, but must leave by midday the following day.
Please Note:
If you choose to have your tickets posted to you, we will send you the souvenir tickets as soon as we receive them from the Wychwood Festival.
If you choose to collect your tickets from the Cheltenham Town Hall Box Office, tickets must be collected before Wednesday 6th June 2012. Please note: We can only hand over souvenir tickets. These may not be available until closer to the festival.
For under 5 year old's tickets, please call the Box Office on 0844 576 2210. These tickets can then be added to your order.
