Marketing Information for Hirers

Any event that is open to the public will be included in our quarterly ‘what’s on’ brochure. Hirers will be notified of the deadline for copy and images.
 

Cheltenham Town Hall brochure:

• 65,000 copies are printed
• Approximately 27,000 are posted directly to customers
• 17,000 are distributed throughout Gloucestershire and surrounding counties by Glide Media
• 12,000 are distributed throughout the Cotswolds and Oxfordshire by Direct Publicity

The balance are distributed throughout central Cheltenham and Cheltenham Borough Council venues by the Entertainments & Tourism marketing team.
