Your wedding date can be held provisionally for 14 days after which an application form will need to be requested. The completed application form must be returned within 28 days.
Once the application form has been received a 50% deposit (non-refundable and non-transferable) request will be sent to secure your wedding date. This payment will need to be returned within 28 days.
Deposits can be settled by cheque payable to "Cheltenham Borough Council" or credit/debit card over the phone.
Once your deposit has been received your wedding date will be secured under the terms and conditions. A deposit confirmation letter will be posted.
Three months before your wedding the balance of the venue fee will become due for payment and is also non-refundable and non-transferable.
