Booking Procedure

Arrange an appointment to view our superb facilities. This can be organised in office hours and during the weekend to suit your schedule. Call Laura on 01242 264231

 

Your wedding date can be held provisionally for 14 days after which an application form will need to be requested. The completed application form must be returned within 28 days.

Once the application form has been received a 50% deposit (non-refundable and non-transferable) request will be sent to secure your wedding date. This payment will need to be returned within 28 days.

Deposits can be settled by cheque payable to "Cheltenham Borough Council" or credit/debit card over the phone.

Once your deposit has been received your wedding date will be secured under the terms and conditions. A deposit confirmation letter will be posted.

Three months before your wedding the balance of the venue fee will become due for payment and is also non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note we operate the following wedding cancellation policy:



• If you wish to cancel your wedding this must be done in writing.
• Cancellation in writing prior to receiving your 50% deposit - No charge.
• Cancellation in writing received after receiving your 50% deposit - Full charge.

We advise that Wedding Insurance is taken out to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
