Situated in the heart of cosmopolitan Cheltenham, the Town Hall is a truly unique location to hold your wedding ceremony.

Dating from the turn of the twentieth century the building is packed with original features and steeped in entertainment history as many famous names have performed here.
 
As you make your way through the impressive entrance past the ornate octagonal spa where waters were once dispensed there are several different spaces to choose your ceremony.

The grand Main Hall distinguished by its Corinthian style columns and beautifully decorated coved ceiling holds up to 921 guests.

The Drawing Room is a delightful sunny room for up to 160 guests with a recently restored decorative vaulted ceiling.  For an intimate ceremony the Holst Suite can accommodate up to 40 guests overlooking Imperial Square is the perfect choice.

Your wedding date can be held provisionally for 14 days after which an application form will need to be requested. The completed application form must be returned within 28 days. Once the application form has been received a 50% deposit (non-refundable and non-transferable) request will be sent to secure your wedding date. This payment will need to be returned within 28 days.

Deposits can be settled by cheque payable to "Cheltenham Borough Council" or credit/debit card over the phone. Once your deposit has been received your wedding date will be secured under the terms and conditions. A deposit confirmation letter will be posted.

Three months before your wedding the balance of the venue fee will become due for payment and is also non-refundable and non-transferable.
