Until recently principal double bass with the Academy of St Martin in the Fields, South African-born Leon Bosch performs around the world as a soloist and is director of the ensemble “I Musicanti”.

Based in Britain, he is a Fellow of the Royal Northern College of Music and teaches at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and at summer schools and courses internationally. His solo recordings are available on the Meridian Records label.
