OPENING TIMES

Pittville Pump Room Heritage Café opening hours (from Wednesday 2nd December 2020):
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm.

The Heritage Café at Pittville Pump Room is staying open with a takeaway offer to continue to support the local community throughout this challenging time, and will be open 9am to 4pm daily.

The café will not be able to offer seating from November 5 to December 2.

This week at the Pittville Pump Room Heritage Café we’re embracing the Christmas spirit, introducing Christmas cake and mince pies and homemade turkey and cranberry pastries, speciality sandwiches and Paninis to enjoy with mulled wine or cider with a mince pie for only £6, or our popular hot chocolate.

If you’re struggling to feel the spirit of Christmas this year, maybe a visit to Pittville Park and a stop off at the Heritage Café will help provide that sparkle, and renew the belief that Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year.

If you’d like to make a donation to support us as a charity, you can round up your bill at the till, thank you for your continued support.

Serving coffees, cakes and pastries, breakfast baps, paninis, sandwiches and deli sub rolls, salads, sausage rolls, Cornish pasties and snacks.

Due to the further Covid19 restrictions the external portaloo toilets will not be available from November 5 while we are offering a takeaway service.

Please help us to keep you, and our staff, safe by observing social distancing remaining 2m apart at all times. Please dispose of any food and drink cartons in the bins provided or take it home with you.

HOW TO FIND US

  1. Pittville Pump Room is located in Pittville Park, two miles from the centre of Cheltenham. The postcode is GL52 3JE.

HOW TO GET HERE

By Car

Cheltenham is located off junctions 10 and 11 of the M5 and on the A40 from London & Oxford. Please be aware you can only exit at junction 10 in a southbound direction, and can only access the M5 at junction 10 if you intend to travel on the northbound carriageway. Pittville Pump Room is signposted from all main routes. It is two miles north of Cheltenham town centre. The easiest route is to head out onto Evesham Road (A435) and Pittville Pump Room is on your right coming from the town centre or your left coming in and out of Cheltenham.

By Train

The nearest station is Cheltenham Spa. This is three miles from Pittville Pump Room and taxis are readily available from the station. Stagecoach’s Service D also runs regularly from the train station past Pittville Pump Room. For timetable information, please check Stagecoach’s website.

By Bus

National Express coaches serve Cheltenham Bus Station. This is located in the centre of Cheltenham, two miles from Pittville Pump Room. Local bus services operate in and around the town, with Stagecoach’s routes 99 and D passing Pittville Park.

PARKING

There are 150 public car parking spaces adjacent to Pittville Pump Room.  We offer three reservable disabled parking spaces.  If you need help with transport and parking arrangements please enquire with the Box Office.

ACCESS

Please note that the Pittville Pump Room Heritage Cafe is an outdoor facility.  Due to covid restrictions we are currently unable to permit customers inside the building.

Please dispose of any food and drink cartons in the bins provided or take it home with you. Cleaning materials are available for you to clean the table and chairs before and after you use them.
